SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT FOR NAVY POINT BUNGALOW, RUE LA VILLA, BLUE ANGELS BUNGALOW
RENTAL AGREEMENT
PERSON RESERVING THE HOME must be 26 y. o. or older to rent the property. We welcome guests under 26 if they are a married couple with children.
PROPERTY: The homes are 1200-1400 sq ft total (3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms). They are comfortable for 4 adults with 2 children or 6 adults.
VISITORS: Daytime visitors are allowed for as long as the Owners are notified about them (including the number of those guests and the duration of their stay) and for as long as the total number of people staying in the condo does not exceed 6 people. Inviting extra guests for an overnight stay without notifying the Owners is a breach of the rental agreement and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
SMOKING: Smoking(e-cigarettes) is only permitted outdoors or on the patio of this property, which is solely available for rent to non-smokers.
PETS: NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AT THE HOMES. No exception to this rule.
WHEELCHAIRS: Our homes are not wheelchair accessible.
CHILDREN: The homes are NOT CHILDPROOFED. By signing this agreement, the guests agree that they are always solely responsible for the actions of the children in their party at or about the property and that the Owners carry no responsibility or liability. Homes don’t have any furniture for kids and bedroom doesn’t have any place for pack and play.
CHECK-IN IS AFTER 4 PM AND CHECK-OUT IS BY 10 AM: The guests will be provided with a personal front door code, which works from 4 pm on the day of arrival till 10 am on the day of departure. If you want to come earlier, please contact us a day before your arrival to see if that is possible.
If guests do not vacate the property on time without prior arrangements and the cleaning team will have to wait for their departure, the Guest will be charged a late check-out fee of $50, to compensate the cleaning team for their time.
HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES: We provide an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, detergents, etc. The additional supply of these items, if extra is needed, shall be the responsibility of the guests.
Please, bring your own beach towels, chairs, and favorite toiletries (such as shampoo and conditioner).

RIGHT OF ENTRY: The Owners and management’s representatives have the right to enter the property to conduct necessary work arising from emergency needs such as water leaks, fire, etc.
OUTDOOR GRILL: There are grills available for the guests on Navy Point Bunglow & Blue Angels Bungalow Guests need to bring their own charcoal, lighter fluid, and long matches. Rue la villa has a gas grill.
HOUSE RULES
AMENITIES: TV cable and wireless Internet are provided as a convenience only and are not integral to the agreement. The code is on the AT&T Boxes in the living room & there is info provided at each home in the living room.
NO TOLERANCE POLICY: The Owners uphold a NO TOLERANCE POLICY for illegal drugs, under aged drinking, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, excessive alcohol consumption, inappropriate behavior/language or any violation of the laws set by state of Florida. Any evidence of violation of this policy or receiving any complaints from the neighbours about the improper behavior of the guests are grounds for eviction of all group and will result in the automatic forfeiture of the rental amount and damage will be charge to you.
HOUSEKEEPING: The cleaning happens only after the guests’ departure, there is no daily housekeeping services. If guests need a new set of clean towels or sheets, we can contact our cleaning team on the Guest’s expense, or guests can use the washing machine inside the house.
The guests are required to keep the homes in clean condition at all times, since we pay only for the basic cleaning.
In an effort to keep the cleaning fee to a minimum, we ask our guests to perform some actions prior to check-out to avoid extra cleaning fee. Before your departure, please:
- Load all dirty dishes and start the dish washer.
- Take the trash out (including unwanted items from the refrigerator).
- Strip the bed sheets
The Owners shall bear no responsibility for forgotten item(s). But we will do our best to locate any forgotten items, Let us know ASAP.
CANCELLATION
After the reservation is confirmed, we are completely committed to you as our Guest. We will keep the Property reserved for you and decline all other inquiries, and for this reason, the reservation is NOT refundable, and NOT re-schedulable. We charge a 1/3 deposit at the time of booking and the remaining rental fee 14 days prior to arrival.
- All terms, conditions, and rules of the rental agreement have been accepted.
- If any damage is done to the property by either the Guest or by any other person in the Guest’s party during their stay the Guest will be responsible for the full cost of replacement/repair of the damage.
- UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL THE RENTAL PROPERTY OWNERS OR HOUSE MANAGEMENT BE LIABLE TO THE GUEST OR ANY OTHER PERSON IN THE GUEST’S PARTY FOR ANY ACCIDENTS, INJURIES OR ILLNESS THAT OCCUR WHILE ON THE PREMISES OR ITS FACILITIES.
